Dinosaur Provincial Park. Time is important here because without it how would we know how old we are. How could we know where we came from.Wished I could have come here when I was a kid.We didn't camp here. From what I could see of the camp grounds, looked like it was very set up. Lots of trails that take you about the area.

This the land the dinosaurs walked about. To be able to dream about dinosaurs when you fall asleep is every kids dream.

The scenery is amazing, and we enjoyed jogging through the trails and the loop roads while exploring the landscape.

We managed to get one spot for 2 days during this 2017 Thanksgiving weekend and loved the park. Our spot backed on to the coulees which turned into my kids playground for our stay. Definitely staying again.

This is a great spot with good trails and interesting scenery, wildlife and natural history. Lots of toilets, fresh water outlets make it a comfortable stay. They also have laundry facilities and a cafe. Mosquitos can be a nuisance. Also try to avoid if a lot of rain is in the forecast. The trails get too dangerous (slippery) due to the bentonite clay/mud.

Campsites range from good to poor. Good meaning fairly secluded, some shade, and decent size. Poor meaning close to other sites, zero to little shade and small. (Note to the wise don't pick N79 it is setup backwards for trailers has no shade and is not very large.) The attractions in the area and scenre are great however and there are many places to explore. There is also a cafe to grab some ice cream from when you have been scorched by the heat of the day.

We had a great experience thanks to incredibly helpful park staff, and a manager who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
